In line with authorisations obtained by the Assembly of the Democratic League of Kosovo, held on 31 January, with which authorisations are required to establish new headship as part of deep political reshuffle; The LDK chairman, after domestic consultations, has decided on the appointment of the new LDK chairmanship in line with these authorisations of the party's highest decision-making body.

The new leadership will have full responsibility for the party's political and organisational leadership, in line with our programme and the goals ahead.
This composition also comes as a result of an intermediate organizational phase in the application of the platform approved by the Parliament, which envisions the consolidation of structures and strengthening the link between the center and the branch. In this transitional period, Headship is built with more direct representation of branch directors, as the bearer of legitimacy from the base, while new organisational standards will be fully implemented in the next cycle of restructuring. In the coming days, after additional consultations, the leadership will be filled with representatives from large branches not represented in this composition.
In this important political phase, the LDK remains committed to domestic strengthening, wide representation and building a serious alternative for citizens of the Republic.
The LDK chairman, in line with the instructions and authorisations received, will soon propose the Adviser Corps, comprised of prominent figures of the Democratic League of Kosovo, with extraordinary institutional and professional experience; as part of internal reshuffle
