(an hour ago)The Constitutional Court in Gjakova has announced that it has approved Gjakova's Constitutional Prosecutor's request, assigning the detention measure a month to E.H. defendants, due to allegedly committing criminal acts, attempted murder and slight bodily injury.
According to the prosecution's request, among other things, it is suggested that “on July 05, 2026, about 10:30, in Rahovec, following a instant dispute near the “C locals. B.” and “Fuck. B.”, the defendant is suspected of attacking the injured F.M. by causing wounds in vital body parts. As a result, the injured was initially treated at the Regional Hospital “isa Grezda” in Gjakova, while then transferred to KKUK for medical treatment. In the same incident, the defendant is suspected of hurting the injured E.H., stabning him in the right leg, by choice he has accepted medical treatment at the Regional Hospital “isa Grezda” in Gjakova.
The judge of preliminary procedure by the Randa Crime Department, Drilon Haracia, after holding the hearing, has estimated that legal conditions for appointing the detention measure against defendants have been met.
With this decision, defendant E.H., will be held in detention for a length of (1) month, which will be calculated from the date of the arrest of July 6, 2026 to August 5, 2026.
