(2 hours ago)The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo has filed charges against indictees R.D., under suspicion that it has committed criminal work “wage war crimes against the civilian population”.
According to the indictment, according to the SPRK report, R.D., former member of the Serbian MUP, had fired a firearm at the U.S. victim, who had not survived the wounds sustained.
The defendant is also accused of participating in co-ordination with other members of Serbian forces, taking part in the murder of 71 civilians, in inhumane treatment, torture, plunder and expulsion of the Albanian civilian population.
“Rast has been sent for a review of the Special Department of the Foundation Court in Pristina, while the defendant is on detention measure.”, the SPRK report said. / Periscopi/
