“Glory to hero Africa Bounjaku”, decision on terrorist attack in Banjska is expected with applause in the Parliament

News of the Pristina Constitutional Court's ruling of a life sentence on two indictees for the terrorist attack in Banjska and 30 years in prison for the third indictee was handed over to MPs during today's session to the chief officer Albulen Haxhiu.

This news was met with applause by MPs.

“Allow me to welcome the Constitutional Court's decision to life in prison for the terrorist attack on Banjska”, said Haxhiu, who added that with this ruling the sentence for the September 2023 attack is closed.

“However, the justice for the attack on Banjska does not end here, it ends when chief terrorist Milan Radoic is transferred to the Republic of Kosovo along with other terrorists. Glory to Kosovo's hero, Sergeant Africa Bunnjaku”.
