Today, the Constitutional Court in Pristina has sentenced Naim Mursel and Granit Plavn to life imprisonment, while the Cocallist was sentenced to 30 years in prison for the murder of Liridona Ademi on November 29, 2023.
In this decision, the Court through a communique has indicated that the parties have a right to a complaint against this act at the Court of Appeals of Kosovo, within the 30-day deadline of the court of justice.

Pristina, April 21, 2026 .P. and K.C., has declared a criminal case against indictees in Pristina, 21st 2026, because in co-ordination they have committed serious murder and aid in committing a serious murder offense.
The N.M. defendant. has been convicted and sentenced to life in prison for committing a criminal offence for committing a criminal offense by Article 173 paragraph 1 point 1.3. and 1.4 related to Article 31 and 34 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
The defendant G.P. has been convicted and sentenced to life in prison for the criminal offence of committing a criminal offense by Article 173 paragraph 1 point 1.6. Regarding Article 31 and 34 of the Republic of Kosovo's Criminal Code and ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons by Article 366 paragraph 1 of the Republic of Kosovo's Criminal Code.
The accused K.K. It has been convicted and sentenced to a 30-year term sentence for aid in committing a serious murder by Article 173 paragraph 1.3 and 1.4 over Article 33 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code.
The N.M. indictees, G.P. and K.K., in the sentence pronounced in prison, were also counted for the time spent in the detention measure, while with special decisions, the detention measure was continued.
The accused are also obliged to pay all expenses on behalf of criminal procedure spending, and are charged with paying each of the 500 (five percent) euros on behalf of the crime victims in the name of compensation.
The sides have a right to complaint against this act at the Court of Appeals of Kosovo, within the 30 (thirty) deadlines of days since the day of the plea.
