Rules broke, 60 fines and 30 motorcycles confiscated at Ferizaj

Ferizaj Regional Police have intensified traffic controls over the past week, focusing on the leaders of motorcycles and scooters.
As a result of the action, 60 fines have been pronounced for violating communications regulations, while 30 motorcycles and scooters have been confiscated.
According to police, the activity has been developed within the framework of the operational plan “Controli added cycle and scooters”, carried out in June 29th, July.
Of the recorded violations, 29 fines have been pronounced for direction of the driver's license-free motorcycle, 21 for circulation with unregistered motorcycles, eight for failing to wear a helmet, while two fines have been imposed for additional violations.
Police disclosed that 30 motorcycles have been confiscated mainly for lack of regular documentation.
At the same time, authorities have called on motorcycle leaders to respect traffic regulations, not exceed the allowed speed, adjust to road conditions, and always use their helmet.
