“Don't bullshit...” A new evidence of Faton Pec's pressure on officials on grant scandal

Two years ago, at the time when the grant scandal at the Ministry of Agriculture was the spotlight, Periscope exclusively reported about the minister's great pressure at the time, Faton Peci, officials of this ministry over the issue of grants. Although the prosecution was active in this matter, there is still nothing concrete on their part.
Now, when two years have passed, Periscop has managed to provide new evidence that reveals details about internal clashes in this institution.
In one of the e-mails provided, Minister Peci was addressed directly to Secretary-General Blerim Hasani, in a harsh and critical language, accusing him of lack of basic knowledge and failure to implement instructions.
“Don't write moral nonsense... because it's not you who show them you appreciate your superiors... ”, It was said on the minister's e-mail.

In the same communication, Peci warns of consequences in the event of failure to act on its demands, citing “overloading of” and “intentional Python on the official's side.
On the other hand, Secretary General Blerim Hasani's response shows a clear opposition to the manner of communication and approach of the minister.
“With force and pressure, I cannot and am not legally allowed to force any official to take an action or sign an official letter...”, Hasan's response said.
It goes even further, calling it unacceptable the method of exercising pressure and demanding that processes be developed through institutional consultation rather than through obligation.
Hasan stresses that the request for signing documents should be passed through legal procedures and through relevant departments, while warning of legal consequences that may arise from hasty or forced actions.
In another e-mail, just one week after this clash between Peci and Hasani who were once friends, he hints about a poor relationship with the minister, citing that his departure from office was made after an agreement with the minister to move to another job.

After Hasan had not been born to '%s' Peci, Vjosa Osmani's Kazakh, Venera Cherkini, for whom Perisco also published some of the scandals that followed him.
Normally, Pec's relationship with Osman until recently was good...
These documents, provided by Periscope, reinforce even more suspicions of interference and pressure in decision-making processes by former Minister Peci, now Mitrovica chairman. / PERISCOPE/Enis Rrustemi/
