He has declared that today's act gives clear signal that all persons involved in this attack will receive due punishment.
According to Abbas, justice institutions will not only stop with this decision, but through international co-operation and Interpol, the arrest of other members on the run will be required.
With international assistance and Interpol we will seek the arrest of other members as well. All those who have ordered, financed and co-ordinated the attack will respond to justice bodies”, he has declared.
Otherwise, the Constitutional Court in Pristina sentenced Blegoje Spasojevich and Vdalmir Toliqi to life imprisonment, while Dusan Maksimovic was sentenced to 30 years in prison for the 2023 terrorist attack on Banjska, where Sergeant Africa Bulnjak was killed and two police officials were injured.
