German diplomat has said the tribunal functions with Kosovo laws and has said they follow the trial process.
He has called for everyone to respect the Court's decision, whatever it is.
“As you said, Special Chambers are special institutions operating with the Kosovo Law. Normally that we follow these procedures, whatever the outcome, whether there are sentences or exemptions from prosecution, I would ask everyone to accept the decision of an independent court”, he has stated. /Periscope
