(an hour ago)Former diplomat Edita Tahiri said Kosovo is in a serious political and institutional situation, which requires quick solutions.
It stated that the country is"halved government of President", isolated internationally and with troubled economies.
The creation of new institutions with political reconciliation of the main parties could bring our country out of this miserable state", Tahiri wrote.
