Tahiri: Businesses on the brink of collapse, the oil-generating sector is drowning

AAK MP Besnik Tahiri has said the government is fighting oil prices by forcing businesses to sell at a loss. He warned that employers and especially businesses in the country are on the brink of collapse, resulting in the country's overall economy.
“The functional state is at risk”, he said.
“WHY? The price of oil and fiscal obligations has become unbearable for each employer. Every day without concrete action in this unusual situation is pushing companies toward closure and risking thousands of jobs. Employers and Especially Businesses at Hand COLPSI, therefore, the country's economy as a whole. The State is in danger.
WHY?

ATO:
) temporarily reduce excise and VAT
) subsidize critical sectors
Create state strategic reserves
Targeting direct citizen assistance
Ukraine's experience during the recent crises and Japan's nearly a year's reserve model clearly show how it should be handled.
In the meantime, our request is minimal and urgent:
Instant release of at least 8 cents from VAT
Removal of the excise on oil until the situation stabilizes.
Without this intervention, a wave of business and job losses is inevitable.
The irony is huge: on the one hand, we boast increased budget revenues, on the other hand we are drowning the sector that generates them.
This is not economic management, it is a dangerous illusion that will be paid dearly by citizens.
Act today. Tomorrow could be late.
