On the second day of his testimony in the case of corruption accused former KEK chief Nagip Krasniqi, former chief of procurement office Ymer Dragusha and lawyer Isuf Zana, Tmava, who was the KEK procurement official at the time of the indictment, spoke of the reasons for the annulment of the open tender.
The signatures in the declaration under oath have not been authentic and the same as the other” documents, Tmava said.
Responding to Nagip Krasniqi's defence questions, witness Tmava said they had no choice but not to sign the contract with Litwin Company.
“may have embarrassed him but cannot recommend it when an economic operator is not responsible”, he said.
Tmava said he has not seen pressure, but was present when Dragusha told Krasniqi that he cannot sign the contract with Litwin without giving orders for this in writing.
“The chief chief has requested that the procedure continue with the contract proceedings due to deadlines. Mr. Dragusha told him I had a request or an order from you... He told him I'd help compile the text”, witness Tmava said.
He said there was no damage in the sense of public procurement, since no payment was paid to the company.
The witness also said he believes that management and Ymer Dragusha have been negotiating even in the period following the tender annulment. /Time/
