PDK does not participate if Glauk Konjufca President vote hearings are held

He said his party has decided not to support any party candidacy and that, according to him, avoiding holding hearings for electing the president constitutes overturning constitutional order.

According to Gruda, the Assembly must meet and consume the constitutional procedure, whether to elect it or not to elect the president.

We have decided not to support Glauk Konjufca's candidacy, no other party candidacy. It's a clear stand we won't participate in the sessions. But what is being prepared is not to hold the sessions at all as I understand it, it's overturning the constitutional order. Because today the Parliament had to gather, choose or choose a president. But that neither chooses it, nor consumes the procedure, is violating the Constitution is being done in order to overturn the constitutional order, with the full constitutional order of a political party”, he said.

He said the VV is mocking Kosovo.

I believe it's a mockery of the whole of Kosovo, because the result is known. The truth is we only have 22 deputies. With 51% they could form the government, form the Assembly, pass the budget and other things law, but not even become president. Therefore, it must be brought in line with the election outcome. This election result has forced us to sit down and find a name for president. That's the truth. But all the populist parties in the world, in fact, when they win 51% they count it as having won 100%, we act 100%. It is a complete mockery of Kosovo, with the Constitution, with the interests of Kosovo citizens. It is unprecedented responsibility in independent Kosovo”, he said.
