Musliu: Albin doesn't know, he doesn't want the government. Albin wants to rule.

WHICH SA SHANSA SHOW POPULATION BE ALBIN CENTURY?
The people of Kosovo gave Albin Kurti three consecutively the greatest political confidence in post-war history. With all his failures in the first two mandates, citizens gave him a mandate of over 50% to build stable institutions, make decisions and move the country forward.

Albin doesn't know, and he doesn't want the government, Albin wants the government!
