Maliqi stressed that in recent years there has been a <x0-effective Osmani” in increasing support for Vetevendosje. According to him, the president has played an important role in shifting a part of the electorate from the Democratic League of Kosovo towards Vetevendosje.
He recalled that in the 2021 elections, the victory spirit was shared between Kurti and Osman, affecting a large part of LDK voters to shift to support Vetevendosje.
The creme produced in 2021 and the mythology of that victory was shared. It was Osman who, in some form, broke down the LDK and took its voter to Vetevendosje”, Maliqi declared for the REL.
According to him, the current clash between the country's two main political figures is expected to have implications for Vetevendosje.
“A effect will have, doesn't leave Vetvendosje unsigned, he stressed.
Maliqi added that Osmani has also had a role in the latest political developments, citing that she herself has publicly acknowledged that she has used the presidency institution to help govern Kurti and win the recent elections.
According to him, recent developments could influence reforming the political scene in the country, while early elections this year consider them inevitable.
The only dilemma is when they will be held”, Maliqi said.
