“50000 euros bail” What is known about Thaci's parole request?

Days ago it became known that the defence of former President Hashim Thaci has requested his parole from the Special Court in The Hague, offering financial guarantees of 50,000 euros, while in this regard they have also been declared by the Special Court.
As it has become known in the defence request, former President Thaci reportedly does not pose a risk of escape and that he has offered financial guarantees of 50,000 euros to ensure his release.
Among other things in demand is made known to the conditions which, the former president, is willing to accept.
There, in addition to the 50,000-euro guarantee, Thaci is said to not leave Kosovo territory, and that he will hand over the passport and any other travel documents.
Also, it is said, Thaci will refrain from making any public statements, directly or indirectly to the media and, either in social networks, as well, he will not discuss the content of his case with anyone except the appointed members of his defence team.
Conditions published in request:
Mr. Thaci is willing to adhere to conditions similar to those set up with his indictees, which have been described as “a proved and appropriate framework for provisional release”,55 or any other condition the Only Judge of Judgment (GVG) considers appropriate, respectively:
a) Mr. Thaci will not leave Kosovo territory unless authorised by a competent court of Kosovo Specialised Chambers ( DESK);
b) Mr. Thaci will hand over the passport and any other travel documents, including visas and any identification documents that can be used for travel. This obligation also lies on any new passport or travel document that could be issued by Kosovo authorities or other authorities after the decision was issued. If Mr. Thaci is wanted at the DPS headquarters, the registry will only make the passport available for that purpose. After his return to Kosovo, the passport will be handed over again to the registry;
c) Mr. Thaci will provide the address in which he will reside in Kosovo during the entire length of the judicial procedure and request permission from TSF before any changes in the settlement;
d) Mr. Thaci will deposit near the registry, as a preliminary condition for his release, a financial guarantee in the form of a monetary transfer in the amount of 50,000 euros in the registry account;
e) Mr. Thaci will refrain from any contact or communication, direct or indirect (through any other person), any kind, and whatever means, along with his accused Smaj, Isni Kilaj, Fadil Fazliu and Hajredin Kuci);
f) Mr. Thaci will refrain from any contact or communication, direct or indirect (through any other person), of any kind and by any means, with any person he knows he is witnessing in this or any other case before TSK;
g) Mr. Thaci will refrain from any contact or communication, direct or indirect (through any other person), with any person who in the modified Actaca of Confirmation allegedly participated in or helped prevent the object;
h) Mr. Thaci will not discuss the contents of his case with anyone except the appointed members of his defence team, including close family members, and will inform every person who asks questions about his case that he is subject to such a ban by TSK;
i) Mr. Thaci will refrain from making any public statements, directly or indirectly (for example, through family members), in the media and/or in social networks related to TSK, the Specialised Prosecutor's Office (ZPS) and/or any procedure before DPS;
Mr. Thaci will be submitted for a weekly verification to the Kosovo Police, in line with procedures specified by the registry;
K) Mr. Thaci will be handed over to the custody of the DPS, if ordered, and will participate in any judicial hearing at the request of the TSF. Any failure to appear before DPS, under the order, will bring the seizure of the financial guarantee envisioned in the subparagraph (d), as well as the immediate release of an arrest warrant;
I) Mr. Thaci will announce the registry of the address it will stay in while it is located on the territory of the Expected State to participate in court hearings, and any restrictions on moving to Prissa territory that could be located during his stay there;
m) Mr. Thaci will respect the confidential classification of the decision for his release and will not publish it, reveal or discuss its contents in any way, directly or indirectly, with no person, including any accused in the detention facility and members of his family except his lawyer and appointed members of the defence team, until the decision is made public at GVG's order; and
n) Mr. Thaci will hold to any verdict, order or other instruction of the Judge of the Only Judgment and the Register.
Special talking of Hashim Thaci bail
From Kosovo's Specialised Chambers in The Hague, it becomes known that the court will make the verdict at the right time, in terms of Hashim Thaci's plea for bail and payment of some guarantees, including bail of 50,000 euros.
The Judge's “Body will issue a ruling on this requirement at the right time”, Special Court spokesman Michael Doyle, told Radio Dukagjin.
The former president's parole request, Hashim Thaci, has revealed his defence on July 6th this year, and within a reasonable term the court must return an answer.
Apart from the 50,000-euro guarantee, Thaci is said to not leave Kosovo territory, and that he will hand over the passport and any other travel documents.
