At the Government's solemn meeting, he said that the sacrifice of the family of the legendary commander, Adem Jashar, represents a crucial moment in national consciousness and on the journey of the people of Kosovo towards freedom
“The KLA era represents a crucial turn in our national consciousness and in our popular union towards freedom and independence. In Prekaz on March 5, 6, 1998, there was such an uneven confrontation with such remarkable significance. In the history of Europe, there cannot be a single case in which for three days and three nights a carkton lyrical family resists a police state and an occupational one. Although the Jashari family was surrounded by thousands of forces equipped with heavy machinery, they fought and endured to the end, giving their lives for the freedom of all of us, the prime minister said.
There was only one thing about freedom for this family because nothing is more valuable than that. Men, women, and children decided not to separate themselves from Adam, Jashar. They stayed together, convinced that freedom requires sacrifice, which starts by itself”, Kurt added.
Besides this meeting, there will be a solemn session of the Kosovo Assembly, which starts at 10:00. /Periscope
