This, according to Krasniqi, can be achieved by nominating a second candidate for president, along with the already proposed Konjufca and staying in the hall only during the first round of voting, to leave in the following rounds.
“this way enables the flow of the 60-day constitutional deadline for the president's election. If the president is not elected within this deadline, the country automatically heads to extraordinary elections”, Krasniqi has written among other things.
The call of an extraordinary session for this process can be made with 40 signatures.
