Gruda says there is no dilemma that Osman's decree is constitutional: I believe it will be confirmed by the Court.

Democratic Party MP Progress Gruda has said there is no doubt about the constitutionality of President Vjosa Osmani's decision to disperse the 10th Parliament legislature of Kosovo. He has said he believes it will also be confirmed by the Constitution. There is no dilemma that the decree is constitutional. I believe I will [...]
He has said he believes it will also be confirmed by the Constitution.
There is no dilemma that the decree is constitutional. I believe it will also be confirmed by the Constitutional Court”, Gruda has declared.
Commenting on the consequences of the Parliament's distribution, Gruda said it would leave the country with a government in the resignation that would continue to retain power privileges without bringing any benefit to citizens, restoring the country to the identical situation of the first year.
If the Assembly is distributed, we have government in resignation. This is the government in resignation then and we will be in a situation where these continue to take privileges only, but no citizens are returned to” Gruda said in ATV.
Gruda praised the opposition's efforts on the president's case over the readiness for a consensual candidate, but that, according to him, Kurti has had no interest in ending this process in agreement.
This is the first time an opposition has shown so constructive that I have found a consensual president. He didn't want to design the whole process to fail. One thing lacks design to fail the process; blaming the opposition”, he added.
According to Gruda, which at the start of the process was designed to select Glauk Konjufka at the head of state, and that Kurti's calls for discussions were not serious, but, as he called it, “consuming public expectations. ”
This time it's problematic. I am convinced that the process from the beginning was designed for Glauk Konjufca. Consulting with opposition parties has only been the consumption of public expectations”, Gruda said.
He accused Kurt of focusing on procedures and expanding power, not on solving problems that affect citizens.
Whatever the trap is on the walls of the House, in procedures, in tight tie to get more and more power. Albin Kurti's lack of power is holding Kosovo hostage. He's holding us all hostage.”, the deputy said. PDK.
