The German “Embassy does not comment on the actual processes of the Constitutional Court. However, we expect all institutions to fully respect the Constitutional Court's decision as soon as it is taken over”, the Embassy's response said.
This attitude of the Embassy comes at a moment when LVV officials have called on the Constitutional Court to decide in favour of their request that President Vjosa Osmani's decree be declared anti-unconstitutional.
