The Carpi construction company expressed condolences for Murat Taffciu's family and said it is co-operating with authorities to clarify exactly the circumstances of the accident.
The event has also prompted reactions by local authorities. Modena Mayor Massimo Mezatti expressed his condolences to the worker's family and colleagues.
