The Constitution said the decision prohibits any action from President Osmani regarding the March 6th decree, as well as prohibiting any action from Kosovo's Parliament until the provisional measure is in force.

The court estimates that the interim move “is in operation to prevent the cause of irreparable damage to Kosovo's constitutional order and the democratic functioning of key institutions in Kosovo”.

Vetevendosje Movement MP Enver Haliti has declared that the Kosovo Constitutional Court's decision is currently expected to clarify the situation created over President Vjosa Osmani's decree to distribute the Assembly of Kosovo.

We are awaiting the answer by the Constitutional Court to clarify the situation about President Osmani's decree on the distribution of the Parliament, Haliti said.

According to Halit, the Vetevendosje Movement has been fully committed to avoiding holding new elections, and expects the Constitutional Court to grant justice in this case in order to proceed with the election of the country's president.

Vetevendosje movement has been fully committed to avoiding elections, we expect the constitutional court to give us the right to proceed with procedures for electing the president or president, Haliti said.

Democratic Party of Kosovo MP Xhavit Haliti has commented on the recent political developments in the country, praising that the current situation was created by Prime Minister Albin Kurti and President Vjosa Osmani.

Now this whole situation has been created by Albin Kurti and Vjosa Osmani, the Constitutional Court has it now, Haliti said.

According to Halit, the decision on further developments is now in the hands of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo, while all parties are obliged to respect the decision this court will make regarding the decree to distribute the Assembly. Haliti has said that if the Constitutional decides to approve the presidential decree, then the country will go to the polls.

The Constitutional Court is now in its hands. We are all obliged to comply with its decision because depending on whether it decides to adopt the Ottoman decree we will go to the polls, said MP Haliti

Haliti has expressed his concern about the fact that the president, according to him, has made the decision to take the mandate of 120 elected deputies from the people, though, according to Halit, such a decision can only be made by parliament with MPs' votes.

What worries me is that the president has a mandate yet another month and has made a decision to take the mandate of elected 120 deputies, what only parliament can do with deputies' votes, Haliti said.

Democratic League of Kosovo MP Janina Ymeri, in a proposal for Front Online has declared that respect for the Constitution in Kosovo's current political situation remains for her main party.

According to her, the Kosovo Constitutional Court's decision concerning President Vjosa Osmani's decree and the 31 March deadline, which relates to the safeguard clause, should be expected, as under it there can be no steps to merify without legal clarity.

For LDK, the primary is respect for the Constitution. We should wait for the Constitutional Court's decision on the President's decree and the 31 March deadline (for safeguard clause), because it cannot move forward without legal clarity, Ymer told FrontOnline.

Ymer has also said the Democratic League of Kosovo is ready for elections, if it is decided that the country will go back into electoral process and that the party remains mobilised whenever such a thing is required.

) LDK is ready. If you decide to go back to the ballot boxes, we're here and mobilised whenever required, Ymer said.

Alliance for the Future of Kosovo MP Time Kadrijaj has commented on recent political developments in the country, saying the current situation was made public when, according to her, Prime Minister Albin Kurti had no interest in electing a president considered a consensual candidate.

The events were made public at the moment Kurti had no interest in choosing a president who was thought to have consensual, Kadriy said.

Kadrijaj said the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo is ready for elections and that the party had initially been preparing for domestic party elections, but they have been suspended due to the established political situation in the country.

If the president isn't elected we're going to the elections. We as AAK are ready for elections in fact prepared for domestic elections from the party, but we have suspended them because of this situation, Kadrijaj said.
