In a decision issued on Friday of last week, on March 13th, a court panel of the Special Department of the Court rejected the former minister's request to drop the indictment.
This court assessed the requests for dropping the indictment issued by defenders of the accused as groundless.
Paparac has exclusively secured the decision that leaves the indictment for corruption and the discovery of official secrecy against former trade minister in the Kurti II Government.

The former minister of industry, entrepreneurship and trade is charged by Kosovo's Special Prosecutor for the State Reserve case, a relative that has caused nearly threem euros in damage to the state budget.
On the same occasion, three others are charged with Hajdari -- the two MINT officials, the Irfan Lipovica Race, as well as businessman Ridvan Muharremi.
Hajdari, Gara and Lipovica are all three suspected of committing two criminal acts -- misuse of official office and revealing official secrecy.
