According to the official announcement, the event will be allowed only on March 18th and 19th 2026 in the village of Central Bernice, specifically in the parking lot at “Brothers Fazliu”, known as the former vehicle market.

Authorities have called for upholding rules and maintaining the environment during the development of activity.

The capital's Inspectorate, which will monitor the implementation of the rules on the ground, will take care of this organisation.
