According to the indictment, he, along with Ymer Dragush and Isuf Zamen, is accused of damaging the state budget by about 37m euros, reports Online Economy, broadcast Periscope.
At the initial session on February 7th 2025, Krasniqi and Zeynep have been declared innocent. Ymer Dragusha, another accused, has pleaded guilty to the prosecution's agreement.
The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo (PSRK) on December 30th 2024 filed the new indictment against former head of the Kosovo Energy Corporation (KEK), Nagip Krasniqi, and Ymer Dragusha and Isuf Zamena.
Nagip Krasniqi and Ymer Dragusha are charged with “Use of official task”.
Krasniqi is also charged with “Statement of official secrecy”.
And Isuf Zamena is charged with “Help in carrying out the criminal offence of official task”. /Periscope
