Through a Facebook post, he has asked for 30 signatures to enter the race for the first state, but only as Glauk Konjufca countercades.

That, he said, is causing the country not to re-enter the election cycle and institutional blockades.

“To formalise the candidacy requires 30 parliamentary signatures. Therefore, I invite MPs, whether of position or opposition, to give the signatures today so that the terms of the two candidates for the election of President” can be met.

I'm consciously doing this step, even though I know it can harm me personally. However, this is an initiative for the country not to re-enter the election cycle and institutional blockades. My country's interest is on me”, Koci wrote in his post.

He added that he is aware that he is unlikely, “but to avoid new elections and block institutions, I am offering as Glauk Konjufca” counterCandidate.

According to Koci, with this report of forces, “I do not believe that even after new elections there will be any results that will essentially change the situation”.

The lawyer said he didn't contact anyone to ask for his vote and said he wouldn't even call.

I'm taking this step as a citizen who doesn't want to see his bad country”, lawyer Arian Koci said.
