Through an official announcement, it has become known that authorisation has been issued for the Kosovo Police to develop additional investigative actions, with the aim of fully whiteening the case and identifying possible institutional responsibilities.
According to the prosecution, the investigation will also focus on the role of officials of the Centre for Social Work in Lipjan, as well as other competent officials of this municipality, to assess whether there has been direct or indirect responsibility to cause consequences in this case.
The announcement emphasises that the state prosecutor remains committed to pursuing all persons suspected of committing criminal acts, as well as the full whiteening of the circumstances of the event.
Special emphasis, according to the Prosecutor, is dedicated to cases related to child protection, viewing them as one of the most sensitive categories of society.
Investigations into the case are under way.
