Until, the United States of America insists that the passage through the Strait of Hormuz is possible, Iranian authorities give opposing positions.
The Iranian authority tasked with overseeing the new protocol for crossing this waterway has stated that the passage of vessels “is not possible”.
Such a statement comes shortly after the US Central Command (CENTCOM) insisted the strait is open, CNN writes.
Because of the recent illegal movements of the United States military forces in the region, the passage through the Hormuz Strait is currently not possible”, the Persian Gulf Strait Authority (PGSA) wrote in X.
