(2 hours ago)A 21-year-old Albanian has been put under investigation by Rimi's Prosecutor for the Charge of Sexual Violence, after denouncing an 18-year-old German tourist who was on vacation on the Italian coast during the first weekend of July.
According to Italian media, the girl was with two of her friends, all three originally from Germany and at the same age.
She had known the 21-year-old, who has lived for years in Italy but is of Albanian origin, and together they had made a meeting at a discotheque on Sunday evening on July 5th.
According to the girl's testimony, after several hours at the bar, four youths had moved to the beach after consuming a considerable amount of alcoholic beverages.
In it, according to the version presented by 18-year-olds in the police, she and 21-year-olds had left the group and then allegedly forced her into sexual relations against her will.
The girl has claimed to have tried to resist, but she was physically beaten and benefited from her drunkenness. The day after the incident, she appeared at the Rimi police station and made a statement.
The young man has denied all charges and claims that there have been only kisses among them and that any closeness has been willingly from both sides.
