More than 20,000 citizens fled the country in only 12 hours for Bajram's holiday, extended weekend

Of the MPB, 3040 Macedonian citizens and 4430 foreign nationals have issued the country from the Blca border.

“At the Blace border crossing from 12:00 yesterday to the present day, 1979 Macedonian citizens have entered the country and 3040 citizens of Macedonia have left. As for foreign citizens, in the same period 6339 have entered our country and 4430 have left our country,” said Goce Andreevski, spokesman for the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Through the Bogordica crossing, 745 of our citizens have entered and 2708 foreigners have left the country.

“At the Bogordica border crossing between 12:00 and today at 12:00, 1224 Macedonian citizens have entered the country and 754 Macedonian citizens have left. As for foreign citizens, in the same period 3098 have entered our country and 2708 have left our country,” said Goce Andreevski, spokesman for the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

In Albania, 607 Macedonian citizens and 1,844 foreign nationals have fled, while 484 citizens of Macedonia and 1955 foreign citizens have entered the country.

From the Interior Ministry, they say they are taking all measures, and all human and technical capacities have been put in place to accelerate passenger flow. It is the practice of almost every long weekend, for a large part of Macedonia's citizens to spend it abroad. /Alsat
