12 years in prison accused of attempted murder of four members of the Roma, Ashkali and Egyptian communities -- two of them children

According to the ruling, the accused Islam was sentenced to 12 years in prison, in which time spent in detention is counted. This arrangement was continued with special decision - making reports “Justice Vow“, broadcast Periscope.

The ruling states that the Court found that deliberate and ethically motivated Islam has attempted to deprive M.M. of life, of the age of 10 and L.M. of the age of 14, which are part of the Ashkali community.
For similar reasons, however, the same work is said to have been done against the N.M. (32-year-old), middle-aged -- part of the Egyptian community as well as E.M. (29-year) part of the Roma community.
The bias is said to have pleaded guilty, so as an extenuating circumstance it was taken into account that he had claimed to regret his work and that he has health problems.
For what criminal acts was Fadil Islam earlier condemned?
Fadil Islam had pleaded guilty to guilt and had claimed to regret the work he has committed, but he as a serious circumstance has been taken for granted that he is recivilizing certain criminal acts.

What happened?
The decision states that the Constitutional Prosecutor's Act at Ferizaj of June 23rd 2026 charges Fadil Islam that on November 11, 2024 in Ferizaj, deliberately and for the sake of ethnic affiliation, attempted to deprive two children of life from the Ashkali M.M. (10-year) and I.B., who were walking in the street while the defendant was walking in the opposite direction, and having passed over quickly and stabbed them several times, causing one serious bodily injury to another.
On the same day, it is said that deliberately and also because of ethnic affiliation, he has attempted to deprive the Egyptian community of life of the N.M. (32-year-old) by stabging him while the injured was entering a cafe, causing minor bodily injuries.
Furthermore, the ruling states that on the same day, the defendant for the same reason has attempted to deprive him of life from the Roma community member E.A. (29-year-old, who also stabbed him with a knife, causing serious bodily injury.
With these actions, it was accused of continuing to commit criminal work “severe attempted murder of” by Article 173, par.1, subparagraph 1.10, concerning Article 28 and 77 of the Penal Code. /Periscope/
