He stressed that material evidence is being collected, and after interviewing commissioners and leaders, prior legal measures with the Criminal Procedure Code will be taken.

We have territorial competence in five municipalities and in all of these we have collected evidence which is suspected of manipulation of votes and we are also taking investigative action. Initially, commissioners are interviewed as suspects, there are about 200 commissioners who will be interviewed by the state prosecutor's authorisation by regional investigation investigators at the Péja” police directorate, he has stated.
