All others charged in the case, Bashkim Smaj, Fadil Fazliu, Isni Kilaj and Hajredin Kuci, have also pleaded innocent over charges charged.
On November 29, 2024, the Kosovo Specialised Chambers Pre-Procedure Court confirmed the indictment against Hashim Thaci, the Smajt Union, Fadil Fazliut, Isni Kilajt and Hajredin Kuci, and later issued four papers and a warrant.
In the indictment, the accused are accused of criminal acts linked to allegations of unlawful attempts to influence witness testimony to Thaci and others. /Periscope
