Today she has appointed Enver Dugolli to be the first deputy minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to head Jedal Svechla.
Enver Dugolli in the last elections has failed to enter the Kosovo Assembly, ranking 73rd with only 12,000 and 81 votes.
