Actually against the six-man criminal group planning serious murder

According to the Special Prosecutor's official announcement, there is “the suspicion based” that the defendants committed criminal work “The participation or organisation of the organised criminal group”, in connection with several other criminal acts.

The report says that the indictment was set up “due to the suspicion based on having committed” and criminal acts “Preparations for grave murder”, “task”, “Zarrevania”, “Cause of total risk” and “keep ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons”.

The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo has delivered an indictment at the Constitutional Court in Pristina to defendants A.H., L.D., M.D., Q.E., A.G. and F.O.”, the prosecution's announcement said.

The incident is currently under consideration by the Constitutional Court in Pristina, while further procedures will be conducted in line with the laws in force.

The defendants enjoy presumption of innocence and are considered innocent until a final court ruling.
