According to the indictment, Thaci and the other accused allegedly made available confidential information related to witnesses and provided instructions for intervention in their testimony.
The prosecution claims that these actions have been intended to influence the course of the judicial process.
All five indictees have pleaded innocent to charges placed on them.
After the end of the opening statements, the prosecution will proceed with the presentation of evidence before the court. /Periscope
