Dozens of Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) from the Jeffrey Epsthein investigation result in missing files published by the Department of Justice (DOJ), including three interviews related to a woman who has accused American President Donald Trump of sexual harassment decades ago.

By an analysis of CNN There are allegedly differences between the evidence records and the materials on the Justice Department official page.

According to the report, an evidence registry handed over to Epstein's collaborator Ghislay Maxwell's lawyers included about 325 interviews with witnesses from the FBI. But over 90 of them, more than a quarter, are not found in material published by the Department of Justice.

Among the missing documents are three interviews associated with a woman who has claimed that Epstein has been sexually abused since 13 years of age and that he has been sexually harassed by Trump.

On the other hand, the White House has described claims against Trump as false. Department of Justice has denied any elimination of documents, claiming that “We haven't erased anything. All documents that respond to the request have surrendered.”

According to the spokesman, unpublished materials are double copies, privileged documents or part of an ongoing investigation.

What did the interviews contain?

The woman in question had contacted FBI in July 2019, a few days after Epstein's arrest. She claims that she was repeatedly abused in South Carolina after being employed as a nanny.

Trump has repeatedly denied any illegal connection to Epstein or any charges of abuse.

Some of Epstein's victims have claimed they failed to find their interviews with the FBI on the Justice Department official page.

One of them, Haley Robson, has asked a federal judge to clarify the lack of documents, stressing that total publication is “a deeply institutional failure”.

Meanwhile, legal experts stress that documents known as “302<1>, memorandums that summarize FBI interviews, are essential to understanding the multi-year-old investigation of Epstain and Maxwell.

The Department of Justice has published over 3 million pages of documents related to the Epstein case, who died in 2019 in prison while facing charges of sexual trafficking.

However, controversy over transparency and the integrity of publication continue, while it remains unclear whether documents of lack will ever be made public. /Periscopi
