Final results of December 28th, Supreme Court admits a complaint

From that moment, the stream of complaints to the Supreme Court started, which is 48 hours.

So far a complaint has gone to the Supreme Court. It's about the complaint of the United Roma Party of Kosovo.

So announced Supreme spokeswoman Antigona Uka in an answer to the Express.

“Based on information from the Office for Subject Management, in the Supreme Court so far, a (1) administrative complaint has been accepted against the PZAP decision, by the United Roma Party of Kosovo. ”

She said the Supreme Party has five days to decide on complaints after the term for complaint closes.

“Affati for submitting a complaint to the Supreme Court is 48 hours from the admission of the PZAP decision, while the deadline for placing those complaints at the Supreme Court is five (5) days. ”

PZAP of the seven complaints only approved List Srpska's complaint to the Central Election Commission for failing to announce the final outcome Saturday for this party and its candidates.

This institution dropped six other complaints it was considering.

After the Supreme Court decides on the accepted complaints, it opens the way to the CEC to confirm the results of the recent elections.
