The second day of negotiations on Abu Dhabi has begun, Umerov wrote.
“We are working on the same formats as yesterday: trilateral consultations, working in groups and then synchronizating positions. Results will follow”, he added, reports Telegraph, broadcast Periscope.
Commenting on the progress of talks in Abu Dhabi on 4 February, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio spoke of good news and bad.
According to Rubios, the good news is that the list of unresolved issues existing between Ukraine and Russia has narrowed significantly.
