In Klakosova, Damati said that despite Albania having a special SPAK, according to him, Kosovo has the Special Prosecutor and the Special Department.
I think the Republic of Kosovo has its PACE. The Republic of Kosovo has institutions, has special Prosecution, and is also established the Special Department at the Pristina Foundation Court, as an instance dealing only with the investigation of the charges by the Special Prosecution, with organised crime”, Damati said.
