At a meeting with the Secretary-elect for European Affairs of France, Mr. Benjamin Haddad, together with MP colleagues from the Alliance, talked about current developments in Kosovo and about our country's European perspective.

We expressed our gratitude to Mr. Haddad and France's state for the continued approach to Kosovo, and requested that this support continue, especially in the candidacy for membership in the Council of Europe, obtaining candidate country status and Kosovo's NATO membership.

Before the minister, together with the Alliance's colleagues, we unveiled our bid for institution creation, stressing that our six points are essential to the country's development and future.

France has been and remains one of Kosovo's most important friends, with a precious role in all stages of our journey towards freedom, independence and statehood. For that, we are always grateful to him.
