Chief of several thefts in Lipjan, 69-year-old North Macedonia citizen arrested

The 69-year-old North Macedonian citizen has been arrested after allegedly committing several thefts in Lipjan.

Police have reported that these thefts were reported during 2025, where from parked trucks, the suspect has stolen portfolios with different amounts of money.

The alleged state prosecutor's ruling “has been sent to the detention, to him for acts (at least three thefts) reported in the Lipjan region, the necessary investigative procedures” are under way.

“Based on information thus far provided by police investigators the same person is suspected to have committed criminal acts of the same nature in other regions of Kosovo, which further police actions are being undertaken”, police reports./Periscopi/
