Arian Zeka of the American Economic Oda told the Metro Journal that such a decision is urgent and that ZRE has not provided enough time for free market travel planning, but also limited market bid, Transnetton Periscope.
“We have also estimated that the decision to liberalise the energy market is urgent, even in terms of short-term announcement that has not provided enough time for planning towards free market transition but also limited market supply. Errors in energy decision-making over several years, including the failure to develop new energy capacities, are paying businesses, and unfortunately those who carry the main burden of economic development and employment in Kosovo”, Zeka said.
The chairman of the American Economic Ode in Kosovo, further adds that businesses are being treated equally, and that the country's institutions, in any circumstances, have had to ensure equal treatment of all economic operators

The ZERE on Saturday has shut off the network for all businesses that meet the conditions to go out to the open energy market unless they have linked contracts with suppliers. This decision came after the Second Level of the Commercial Court gave Z the right. The RRE is about liberalizing the electricity market.
