Pre-emptal and persons with special needs continue to be prepared to count

The Central Election Commission has indicated that, until the number of votes by mail is completed, the process is being prepared for the start of parole votes and votes of persons with special needs.
According to the CEC, conditional voting is conducted at 52 polling sites, where 8,751 voters are counted, while 3,144 registered for voting of persons with special needs.
Prior to the start of counting these ballot papers, the scan of the list of voters used in regular polling is under way, with the aim of comparing data and identifying possible cases of double voting. /Periscopi/
