Termocos: Letter of Gratitude for Pristina Citizens

Dear citizens of Pristina,

When we are in the most important preparation phase for the 2025/2026 heat season, we feel an obligation to address you with gratitude and deep respect for the cooperation and trust you have given us over the years.

During the period 2021)2025, we have taken an important journey to significantly improve the central heating system in our capital. Today, we proudly share with you some of our most important achievements:

We extended over 10,000 new connections, with over 65,000 more consumers, including 11 new neighbourhoods that today enjoy sustainable and modern warming.

We have increased energy by over 30%, significantly increasing efficiency and reducing net losses.

We invested in modernising the thermal infrastructure, providing adequate, sustainable and non-stop supply.

We grew the overall heat - covered area in both residential and business areas.

We strengthened our financial performance without increasing the burden on citizens.

All these achievements are the result of our dedication to public service, citizens and the environment. At the heart of every investment and decision is one goal: to serve you better, with cleaner, safer, and more efficient heating.

We are aware that challenges are still present, but the road is clear! A warmer and greener Pristina.
