The suspect has already been brought to the hearing environments where the hearings are expected to be held to decide on the security measure, reports the “Bet on Justice“.
The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo (PSRK) on 25 August applied for the appointment of a 30-day detention measure to Lj.M indictees.
According to the PSRK, the defendant is suspected of committing criminal acts: “Bashkim for anti-unconstitutional activities”, “-Responding of persons under international protection”, “Partnership for the crowd performing criminal and hooliganism and “Attack the official person”.
“Following the request of the Special Prosecutor, defendant Lj.M. It is suspected that in 29.05.23, ahead of the Zvecan municipality facility, in co-ordination with other suspects has attacked by stones, the Molotov bomb and the KFOR members, the Kosovo Police and journalists who reported the” event, the report said.
According to the prosecution, during the investigation and raiding of the defendant's house, material evidence has been provided as a telephone, various military uniforms, two USBs, and a T-shirt with nationalist motives, with which the defendant's incriminating actions are confirmed on the critical day.
