The SBASK points out that seeing that we still don't have institutions to dialogue with, or to which union actions would be directed, the SBASK claims he is ready for action, either for meetings and dialogue or for union and strike actions.

Respecting the extraordinary commitment congress decision, with dialogue with the Government and August 20th, to implement the legitimate requirements of membership, and if institutions show no readiness for dialogue on union action, the Headship of the SBASK held today, on August 20th, meeting, and, in consultation with many of the mayors of the university, analysed the current situation by expressing concern over the non-institution, with which meetings would be held and would be tried to first resolve the legitimate membership requirements.
If the will of institutions for dialogue was missing, then union action would be taken, without even excluding the general strike.
Seeing that we still don't have institutions with which we would dialogue, or which would be directed in union, the SBASK claims it is ready for action, whether for meeting and dialogue, or for union actions and strikes, and so will, respecting the voice of membership to create our state institutions.
