Reuters: That's Putin's idea of ending the war in Ukraine

Russia would give up small areas of occupied Ukraine and Kiev would hand over vast areas of land to the east, which Moscow has not been able to conquer, according to peace proposals discussed by Russia's Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump at their meeting in Alaska, sources said. [...]
This came out a day after Trump and Putin's meeting on an air base in Alaska, the first between an American president and the head of the Kremlin since before the start of the conflict in Ukraine.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy is expected to travel to Washington on Monday to discuss with Trump a possible full-scale war solution Putin launched in February 2022.
Although the meeting failed to ensure the ceasefire Trump said he had wanted, he stated in an interview for Fox News Sean Hannity that he and Putin had been discussing transfers of territories and security guarantees for Ukraine, and that they had <x0).
“Ukraine must agree with him. Maybe they'll say "no."
The two sources, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said their knowledge of Putin's proposals was based mainly on discussions between leaders in Europe, the US and Ukraine, and stressed that they were not complete.
Trump briefed Zelenskiy and European leaders on his discussions at the meeting early Saturday.
It was not immediately clear whether Putin's proposals were an opening movement to serve as the starting point for negotiations or more as a final offer not subject to discussion.
TO WHO UKRAINE FOR PEACE
At first glance, at least some of the requirements would present major challenges for Ukraine's leadership to accept.
Putin's offer ruled out a ceasefire until an inclusive agreement was reached, blocking a key request by Zelensky, whose country is hit every day by Russian fears and ballistic missiles.
Under the proposed Russian deal, Kiev would completely withdraw from the eastern regions of Donetsk and Luhansk in exchange for a Russian pledge to freeze front lines in the southern Kherson and Zaporizia regions, sources said.
Ukraine has already refused any withdrawal from Ukrainian lands such as the Donnetsk region, where its troops are fortified and Kiev says it serves as an essential defence facility to prevent deeper Russian attacks on its territory. /Periscopi/
