Periscope has secured the court's decision, where he has rejected their request as unfounded.
“rejected as unfounded suitor's proposal The PDK, which has demanded the court's deployment of the security measure for the suspension of the execution of the V 2724-2025 verdict, with the no.prot.461/25 date 13.06.2025 and the Public report on the Liberalisation of the Energy Market in Kosovo, issued by Z.2025 RRE, until setting the case according to indictment”, said at the establishment of the Constitutional Court in Pristina.

Unfounded, the Basic Court of Pristina has taken action over the Kosovo Economic Ode proposal and the Association of Kosovo Producers, with which they have asked the court to establish the security measure for the suspension of the Public Agency on Liberalisation of the Energy Market in Kosovo issued by Z. (See doc. lower).

The PDK had submitted the decision to court for liberalising the energy market two weeks earlier, naming it unfair and illegal. The PDK had also called for the urgent suspension of implementation under the argument that its effects seriously jeopardise Kosovo's economic stability.
It is also noteworthy that businesses had protested the liberalisation of the energy market, blocking the entrances to Pristina. /Periscope.
