LDK Parliamentary Group chief Hykmete Bajrami has reacted after the Supreme Court's decision, which has abolished administrative directive signed by incumbent Finance Minister Hekuran Murati, with whom sales and fiscal cases were suspended for 60 days, writes Periscope.
Bajrami has asked the Anti-Corruption Agency to investigate MPs, who are holding the post of minister in office.
Full Posting:
Iron Murati received the mandate on March 22nd of 2021, and only after completing the 4-year term as minister has decided to issue an administrative guide, as he says against the monopoly of fiscal crates.
Iron, don't shed crocodile tears, because no one has helped this monopoly, four years you've only watched series.
Should fiscalization become digitized? Yeah, as soon as possible. And you, the deputy, had to do it in the second year of government as minister, if you couldn't do it in the first year, but that's what he decided you'd come up with administrative instruction only when your mandate ended.
The LDK has said since the first day that you have usurped government offices and that all the decisions you've made so far are illegal and unconstitutional. The constitution is clear: you cannot be both minister and deputy.
And now after this act of clarification of the Supreme Court, I appeal to the Special Prosecutor to address the LDK's criminal charges against Vetevendosje deputies and to bring them to justice by MP Kurti and the lower one.
Rule of the law means that all MPs who are illegally and constitutionally accountable are holding executive positions.
Any government decision issued by MPs, including Kurti, is illegal and should therefore be subject to criminal investigation.
Following the Supreme Court's ruling, I also call on the Anti-Corruption Agency to investigate and investigate the conflict of interest against MPs who hold executive positions in Government, who hold illegal advisers and exploit state property including cars and offices illegally.
